Up for bid are seeds of Hosta Sagae. This great hosta gets blue and gold variegated foliage and this species gets light purple flowers. These plants are extremely beautiful, yet they are very cold hardy. They are hardy to at least USDA zone 5, and possibly colder. As with seeds of many specific varieties, these may have variations in the outcome of the seedlings, as some plants may have foliage with different colors than the parent variety, the seedlings may also be larger or smaller, and may have other unique characteristics. This variation can also add a degree of excitement to growing these, as you may get some seedlings that have some very unique and desirable characteristics.
