Up for bid are seeds of the Stuffing Cucumber. It is a beautiful annual vine that gets small flowers and great broad green palmate foliage, then the fruits are elongated and green, similar to standard cucumbers, averaging 4 to 6 inches, although they can be harvested at any size, and they can be eaten raw, used in salads, pickled, or cooked, including stuffing them, similar to stuffed peppers. These beautiful plants grow best in full sun to part shade. They would make excellent additions to your rare plant collection, or just make a unique statement in your yard.
