Aruncus White Aruncus Dioicus is a herbaceous, perennial plant that is native to mountainous, damp woodland. White Aruncus can be started from seeds, and the established plant has very ornamental, fern-like foliage. This tall, bushy, clump-forming plant is also called Goat's Beard and Bride's feathers for its unique blooms that appear as feathery, plume-like spikes of small, creamy-white flowers. Aruncus has a long bloom period that lasts for weeks from late spring or early summer.
