Passion Flower Blue Passiflora Caerulea is a tropical perennial native to southern Brazil and Argentina. It is recommended to soaked Passion Flower Blue seeds overnight prior sowing, and also called Hardy Passionflower, Common Passionflower, and Passion Vine, Passiflora Caerulea is a twining vine that grows up to 30 feet, producing stunning, 4 inches across, multi-colored, white and purple-blue flowers with a mint scent much like the fruit of the pineapple guava. In warmer climates without much frost, the vine will grow and bloom throughout the year, but generally Passion Flower blooms in summer and fall, attracting hummingbirds, bees and butterflies.

Passion Flower is evergreen in tropical climates, and it will re-grow from roots the following year, but the plant is also often grown as a houseplant or as an annual outdoors in colder climates.
