The Surinam cherry is a bush or small tree to 25ft in height. Plants can not only be trained as small bushes or hedge but can take on a more tree-like growth pattern. Surinam cherry is a tough and hardy shrub and enjoys growing in full sun. With it's deep roots Surinam cherry can weather dry periods for extended periods.
