Commonly known as the Oriental Sword, Echinodorus Oriental is a popular aquarium plant for medium to large fish tanks. When it grows above water, Echinodorus Oriental has broad, green leaves, and the new leaves are typically pink in color. Echinodorus Oriental is a hybrid that resulted from a mutation of Echinodorus Rose, resulting in a lovely sword plant with pink leaves when grown submerged in an aquarium.
